SOUND GURUKUL® does not receive or store customers’ complete card, UPI or banking credentials.

Our contact forms use Google reCAPTCHA v3 to help protect the website from spam, abuse and automated submissions. Google may process information associated with your interaction with the reCAPTCHA service in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy and applicable terms

For digital products such as Dirac Live licences, SOUND GURUKUL® processes customer information to fulfil the order and provide activation assistance. This may include the customer’s name, contact details, order and payment reference, the email address associated with the customer’s Dirac account, and relevant activation records. The Dirac account email address is collected to help identify the intended account, complete activation, and maintain a record of fulfilment.

SOUND GURUKUL® does not share the customer’s Dirac account email address with third parties except where sharing is reasonably necessary to resolve a technical issue relating to Dirac software, licensing, or activation. In such cases, the email address may be shared with Dirac technical support for troubleshooting and resolution of the issue. We limit such disclosure to what is reasonably necessary for that purpose.

After payment is verified and the required licence is obtained, activation may be completed remotely through AnyDesk or another mutually agreed remote-support tool, with the customer’s consent. The customer must approve the connection and remain present during the session. Remote access is limited to what is reasonably necessary for activation. Customers should close confidential applications and must not share unrelated passwords, banking credentials, or other sensitive information.

We retain relevant order and activation records for legitimate business, accounting, dispute-resolution, and legal-compliance purposes, for no longer than reasonably necessary or as required by applicable law. Access to these records is restricted to authorised personnel, and customer information is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to protect your login credentials and access to your personal devices.
