SOUND GURUKUL® – Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before making a purchase from SOUND GURUKUL® (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By accessing or using any part of our website or purchasing our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
- General
SOUND GURUKUL® is a premium audio solutions provider and Dirac Live reseller serving customers in India, including providing Dirac Live Redemption Codes for compatible products.
- Shipping & Courier Liability
We use third-party courier partners to process and ship customer orders.
All physical products are shipped in original, untampered packaging as received from our suppliers.
We do not open, modify, or tamper with the product packaging.
Once the product is dispatched, the responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage during transit lies solely with the customer.
SOUND GURUKUL® is not liable for any damage, delay, theft or loss caused once the package is handed over to the courier partner.
- DIRAC LIVE Activation Keys
SOUND GURUKUL® is a Dirac Live reseller serving customers in India and provides Dirac Live Redemption Codes for compatible products.
Upon purchase, activation keys are delivered digitally via email, WhatsApp, or secure download. Customers may also request manual remote activation assistance through AnyDesk or another mutually agreed remote-support tool, subject to scheduling, product compatibility, and the customer’s consent. Please ensure you provide the correct email address and phone number. Customers must have a compatible product, register a Dirac Live Account where required, and accept the applicable Dirac Live End User License Agreement (EULA) before activating the Redemption Code.
These keys are non-returnable* and non-refundable* once purchased.
Remote Activation and Technical Assistance
SOUND GURUKUL® provides manual remote activation assistance for eligible Dirac Live purchases after payment verification and receipt of the required licence. Activation is arranged by appointment using AnyDesk or another mutually agreed remote-support tool.
The customer must approve the remote connection, grant the access necessary for activation, and remain present during the session. The customer may end the session at any time. Unattended access is not required for standard activation.
The customer must ensure that their computer, compatible audio equipment, software and internet connection are ready. Save your work and close confidential applications before the session. Do not share unrelated passwords or banking credentials.
Where technically possible, SOUND GURUKUL® will verify activation during the session. If activation cannot be completed, we will explain the known issue and discuss next steps. Future software updates, hardware changes or compatibility issues may affect operation.

Important Notice on Equipment Safety:
DIRAC LIVE is a powerful room correction and calibration tool. Improper configuration or operating the system at high volumes may result in permanent damage to your audio/video equipment.
Neither SOUND GURUKUL®, nor Dirac Research AB (Registered at Dragarbrunnsgatan 73, 753 20 Uppsala, Sweden), shall be held liable for any damage, malfunction, or degradation of performance to your hardware resulting from the use of the software.
Use DIRAC LIVE software responsibly and consult a professional if unsure about the calibration process.
Dirac Account Email and Activation Records
For activation and fulfilment purposes, customers may be asked to provide the email address associated with their Dirac account. Customers are responsible for providing the correct account email address. SOUND GURUKUL® may retain this information alongside the relevant order and activation records for fulfilment, technical support, dispute resolution, and legal compliance, in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable law.
SOUND GURUKUL® does not share the customer’s Dirac account email address with third parties unless sharing is reasonably necessary to resolve a technical issue relating to Dirac software, licensing, or activation. Where necessary, the email address may be shared with Dirac technical support for troubleshooting and resolution, limited to what is reasonably necessary for that purpose.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
SOUND GURUKUL® shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of equipment, data, or profits, arising out of or related to the use or inability to use our products or services.
Our liability for any claim arising out of your purchase is strictly limited to the amount you paid for the product or service.
- Disputes & Jurisdiction
All transactions and disputes shall be governed by the laws of Haryana
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Palwal, India.
- Modifications to Terms
SOUND GURUKUL® reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
