SOUND GURUKUL® – Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before making a purchase from SOUND GURUKUL® (“we”, “our”, “us”).

By accessing or using any part of our website or purchasing our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. General

SOUND GURUKUL® is a premium audio solutions provider and authorized distributor/reseller of audio products, including digital licenses such as DIRAC LIVE sound calibration activation keys in India.

  1. Shipping & Courier Liability

We use third-party courier partners to process and ship customer orders.

All physical products are shipped in original, untampered packaging as received from the authorized distributor(s).

We do not open, modify, or tamper with the product packaging.

Once the product is dispatched, the responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage during transit lies solely with the customer.

SOUND GURUKUL® is not liable for any damage, delay, theft or loss caused once the package is handed over to the courier partner.

  1. DIRAC LIVE Activation Keys

We are an authorized distributor/reseller of DIRAC LIVE sound calibration software activation keys in India.

Upon purchase, activation keys are delivered digitally (via email/Whatsapp or secure download. Make sure you provide correct email/phone).

These keys are non-returnable and non-refundable once issued.

Important Notice on Equipment Safety:

DIRAC LIVE is a powerful room correction and calibration tool. Improper configuration or operating the system at high volumes may result in permanent damage to your audio/video equipment.

Neither SOUND GURUKUL®, nor Dirac Research AB (Registered at Dragarbrunnsgatan 73, 753 20 Uppsala, Sweden), shall be held liable for any damage, malfunction, or degradation of performance to your hardware resulting from the use of the software.

Use DIRAC LIVE software responsibly and consult a professional if unsure about the calibration process.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

SOUND GURUKUL® shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of equipment, data, or profits, arising out of or related to the use or inability to use our products or services.

Our liability for any claim arising out of your purchase is strictly limited to the amount you paid for the product or service.

  1. Disputes & Jurisdiction

All transactions and disputes shall be governed by the laws of Haryana

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Palwal, India.

  1. Modifications to Terms

SOUND GURUKUL® reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
