- No Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been placed and payment has been received, cancellation is not possible in any way. Cancellation requests may not be accepted once an order has been placed on our site.

Sound calibration services
Software licenses and activation keys
- DIRAC LIVE Activation Keys
All purchases of DIRAC LIVE sound calibration activation keys are:
Non-refundable
Non-transferable
Non-exchangeable
Please ensure compatibility and readiness before purchase. Once issued, activation keys cannot be revoked, reissued, or transferred to another user. Our refund policy is subject to applicable law. Nothing in this policy excludes any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
Remote Activation Assistance: Customers may request manual remote activation assistance through AnyDesk or another mutually agreed remote-support tool. Sessions are arranged by appointment after payment verification and receipt of the required licence. The customer must approve the connection, remain present during the session, and may end remote access at any time. - Defective or Damaged Products
If a product is received in a damaged or non-functional condition, please contact SOUND GURUKUL® promptly after delivery and provide clear photographs or an unboxing video, where available, to help us assess the issue. We may coordinate with the manufacturer or distributor to resolve the matter in accordance with the applicable warranty and service policies. Any applicable remedy will be determined based on the circumstances and applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
